Video format must be Quicktime, Windows Media Video, or MPG, with a maximum size of 20 Megabytes. Quality is important, so it must be a minimum of 340KB/Sec. One more thing - you gotta have broadband connection to enter online. If you don't, check out the Official Rules for alternate means of entry.
